Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026 · Last updated October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Arbor Culture JH Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes information when you access or use Gem of Luck, the gemofluck.com website, and any related applications, features, content, or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Service").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Gem of Luck is a single-player idle gem-mining game for Android: you tap to dig for coins, find gems, upgrade tools, fill a vault, and prestige for permanent multipliers. The gemofluck.com website describes the game, offers support contact, and hosts the legal documents.
The coins, gems, crystals, and other values displayed in the game are part of the simulated gameplay only. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value. The Service does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, or prizes.
2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by us in connection with the Service. It does not apply to independent third parties such as the Google Play Store or your device manufacturer, whose own practices are described in their policies. We encourage you to review those policies before interacting with third-party services.
3. Information We May Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Service. We may collect the following categories of information.
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
You may choose to provide information to us when you contact customer support, send us an email, submit feedback, report a technical problem, or otherwise voluntarily communicate with us. This information may include your email address, the content of your message, and screenshots or attachments you send to us.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for us to address your request.
The support form inside the application checks your email and message on your device. In the current version of the application, the form does not transmit your message anywhere; to reach us, please email us directly at the address given in the Contact section below.
3.2 Device and Technical Information
When you access the Service, certain technical information may be processed automatically. Depending on the platform used, this may include device type, device model, operating system and version, browser type and version, device language, screen resolution, application version, IP address, network information, time zone, general geographic region inferred from an IP address, referring URL, pages or screens viewed, date and time of access, session duration, crash logs, diagnostic information, performance information, and error reports.
We may use this information to operate, secure, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
3.3 Game Save and Preferences
Your game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to us and we do not have access to them. Uninstalling the application or resetting progress in its Settings removes the save.
3.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies for purposes such as remembering preferences, maintaining technical functionality, preventing abuse, and measuring traffic. Additional information is provided in our Cookie Policy.
3.5 Application Permissions
The application requests access to your camera or photo library only when you choose to attach a picture in the Contact Support form. The application reads only the image you select and does not use the camera or your photo library in the background.
4. Information We Do Not Require for Gameplay
The Service does not require financial information for gameplay. In particular, the Service is not designed to require users to provide bank account details, payment card details, cryptocurrency wallet information, or any other financial information.
The Service has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising.
5. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information merely for using the Service. Depending on applicable law, sensitive personal information may include information concerning racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, health information, biometric information, sexual orientation, precise geolocation, government identification numbers, or financial account credentials.
Please do not voluntarily send sensitive personal information to us unless it is necessary for a specific request.
6. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the Service to:
- provide and operate the Service, display content, and provide requested features;
- understand how the Service is used and improve design and functionality;
- identify suspicious activity, prevent abuse, protect infrastructure, and enforce our terms;
- respond to support requests, investigate bugs, diagnose crashes, and troubleshoot performance problems;
- communicate with you about technical issues and changes affecting the Service; and
- comply with applicable law, legal process, and lawful government requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use the Service to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
If privacy laws requiring a legal basis for processing apply to you, we may rely on one or more of the following legal bases.
- Consent — where consent is required, for example for certain cookies or communications. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
- Legitimate interests — operating the Service, maintaining security, preventing fraud and abuse, understanding Service usage, and protecting our legal rights, provided those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Contractual necessity — where necessary to provide a service you specifically request.
- Legal obligations — where necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful governmental requests.
8. How We May Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the circumstances described below.
- Service providers — with vendors that provide services on our behalf, such as website hosting, content delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, email delivery, and technical maintenance. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety disclosures — when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to legal proceedings or lawful government requests, investigate suspected fraud, prevent security threats, protect our rights, or protect the safety of users or others.
- Corporate transactions — if Arbor Culture JH Services LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
- With your direction or consent — where you specifically request, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.
We do not currently use analytics providers, advertising providers, or attribution providers.
9. Third-Party Links and Content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as the Google Play listing. Clicking a third-party link may cause you to leave our Service. We do not control the privacy practices of independent third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not govern information collected independently by them. You should review the privacy policy and terms of each third-party service before using it.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files or similar technologies that may be placed on your device when you visit a website. We may use strictly necessary technologies for security, basic functionality, and preference management. Where required by law, non-essential cookies or tracking technologies will be used only after obtaining appropriate consent. Please see our Cookie Policy for details.
11. Tracking and Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word "sell." The Service does not run advertising or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where applicable, you may exercise privacy choices through the cookie or privacy controls available on the website, device-level settings, a recognized opt-out preference signal, or by contacting us at rosawilliams199165@gmail.com.
12. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For example, support correspondence may be retained as necessary to resolve requests and maintain appropriate business records, and technical logs may be retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics. When information is no longer necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it in accordance with applicable law.
14. Aggregated and De-Identified Information
We may create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information from information collected through the Service and use it for analytics, research, product development, performance measurement, security, reporting, and improving the Service. Where required by applicable law, we will not attempt to re-identify information that has been maintained as de-identified information.
15. International Data Transfers
Arbor Culture JH Services LLC, its service providers, or other recipients of information may operate in countries other than the country in which you reside, so information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries that have different privacy laws from your jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we may rely on mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, contractual safeguards, or another legally permitted transfer mechanism.
16. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, and destruction. However, no internet transmission, mobile application, server, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
17. Children's Privacy
The Service is a general-audience game and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable children's privacy laws. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us contrary to applicable law, please contact us at rosawilliams199165@gmail.com. After receiving a valid request, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, delete the relevant information. Parents or legal guardians may also contact us regarding concerns involving a minor's information.
18. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on the Service and your jurisdiction, you may modify browser cookie settings, use available cookie consent controls, revoke application permissions through your operating system, use privacy preference signals where supported, avoid submitting optional personal information, or contact us regarding a privacy request.
19. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These rights may include the right to obtain confirmation that we process your personal information, request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of information, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, request data portability, receive information about categories of personal information collected and categories of recipients, appeal certain decisions regarding privacy requests, and lodge a complaint with an appropriate data protection authority.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law.
To submit a privacy request, contact rosawilliams199165@gmail.com.

The data controller responsible for information covered by this Privacy Policy is Arbor Culture JH Services LLC. Contact: rosawilliams199165@gmail.com.
21. United States State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable comprehensive state privacy laws, including rights to know whether we process personal information about you, access personal information, correct inaccurate personal information, delete personal information, obtain a portable copy of certain information, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of certain sales or sharing, and limit certain processing of sensitive personal information. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Requests may be submitted to rosawilliams199165@gmail.com.
22. California Privacy Disclosures
If California privacy law applies to our processing of your personal information, California residents may have rights regarding certain categories of personal information. Depending on how you interact with the Service, categories may include identifiers (such as IP addresses, device identifiers, or email addresses voluntarily provided to us), internet or electronic network activity, approximate geolocation derived from an IP address, device and technical information, and customer service communications.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies that constitute "selling" or "sharing" under applicable California law.
23. Nevada Privacy Rights
Where Nevada privacy law applies, eligible Nevada residents may submit requests regarding certain covered information or eligible sales as defined under Nevada law. Requests may be submitted to rosawilliams199165@gmail.com.
24. Third-Party Application Stores and Platforms
If you download or use Gem of Luck through an application marketplace or platform such as the Google Play Store, that platform may independently collect information relating to application downloads, device identifiers, diagnostics, usage, account information, and interactions with the platform. Information processed independently by an application store or operating-system provider is governed by that provider's privacy practices. We do not control those independent practices.
25. Email Communications
If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and any information contained in your communication. We may retain correspondence as necessary to respond to you, provide customer support, investigate technical problems, maintain records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
26. Security Incidents
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate the incident and take reasonable remedial measures. Where legally required, we will notify affected individuals and/or competent authorities within the time periods prescribed by applicable law.
27. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to the Service, new functionality, changes to technologies we use, changes to our privacy practices, legal or regulatory developments, or other operational requirements. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice of material changes or obtain your consent. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
